Mosaic School Personnel
Trained as an attorney, Ms. Murdock’s career rapidly switched tracks when her older son was diagnosed with autism almost 20 years ago. She began training in as many educational strategies for teaching children with autism as she could find, ultimately settling upon applied behavior analysis (ABA) as the only intervention strategy that was based upon objectively proven principles, and whose results were directly measurable. Since that time, Ms. Murdock has worked with many children on the autism spectrum. In 2004, she formed the Mosaic School and the Mosaic Foundation for Autism, to increase high quality educational opportunities for students with autism. She has been the Executive Director of both organizations since that time. Ms. Murdock has served on numerous boards and has advocated for those with autism on a regular basis. In 2010, Ms. Murdock completed the course of study for behavior analysis, and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She has two adult sons who have autism.
